At Clínica Alemana we believe that health is more than just treating diseases. Good health includes caring for the physical, emotional and social needs of our community. And that includes prevention.

Therefore, we strive to bring the world of medicine and medical issues closer to the community, always keeping in mind that prevention is the key to ensuring a better quality of life.

Frequent contacts between patients and the world of medicine lead to better habits and greater responsibility. We are there to answer all the queries that patients may have to prepare themselves for and prevent potential complications.

Unfortunately, people are only aware of the effects of a disease once they are exposed directly to them. Therefore, it is crucial to obtain advice in advance.

For this purpose, the Center for Community Outreach organizes, among other activities, meetings, talks, exhibitions, gatherings, exercise programs for pregnant women Pregnant women and vocational days to meet the needs of the community.

Qualified professionals from all fields of science contribute to a great variety of programs. On this basis, we have developed a comprehensive education & prevention program with free instructive, amusing activities designed for everyone who is interested in participating.

The Green House at La Dehesa Medical Center, located at 1908, El Rodeo Street, as well as the Auditorium located in the Vitacura Main Center, have been specially set up for this ambitious purpose.

By providing convenient facilities, together with a host of top professionals, we can effectively draw patients closer to doctors, so these can have a better understanding of patients’ expectations and needs.
