Competent Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. The User or visitor of Alemana.cl unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of justice of the Republic of Chile for the resolution of any doubt, difficulty or controversy related to all or part of the Terms and Conditions. For all legal purposes derived from this instrument, the parties establish their domicile in the city and municipality of Santiago.
