Competent Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The Terms and Conditions will be construed and executed according to the laws of the Republic of Chile. The User or visitor of Alemana.cl unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of justice of the Republic of Chile for the settlement of any doubts, difficulties or disputes related to all or part of the Terms and Conditions.
